Record Searchlight photographer Lucas Mobley captured the enormity of Santiago Calatrava's design from the deck of the Sundial Bridge. The span, which crosses the Sacramento River at Turtle Bay Exploration Park, was nearly a decade in the making and is considered a milestone for Redding.
